Yes, you'll find it under extras, just before the payment stage. More info you can find here:-

At STEP3 of the online booking process (this is after you have made your vehicle choice) Towards the bottom of the page, you will see a section called EXTRAS. Here you can reserve extras such as baby seats, GPS or add Additional Drivers. The price of the extras are displayed but these are paid for on arrival, at the desk. Certain car models do not display all of the extra options, so experiment by choosing a different car model if the extra you require is not offered. Finally, at STEP2, where the list of cars photos are displayed, look out for any offer icons, as often GPS or Additional Drivers are offered free.

And is it possible to drop off the car at Fiumicino Rome Airport?

Yes, one way car hire is possible between those 2 locations. Be sure you follow the next instructions when you start your search:-

If you intend to drop off the vehicle in a different location from the pick up location, then tick the box “Return to a different location”. If then no cars are displayed at STEP2, then one way is not permitted between these locations. For one way rentals sometimes it can be a fee. This is always included in the total rental rate and payable at the desk on arrival.

We will be coming from the rail station, does the free shuttle pick up there? When we drop off the car in Rome will the shuttle take us to our hotel?
